At SHP, we fully believe that a bed is a basic need for the proper physical, emotional and mental support that a child needs. When it was brought to our attention that the need for beds went far beyond our own neighborhoods, we stepped up and took initiative. We’re a national organization answering the call to a national problem.

Did you know? We have a longstanding Food Pantry and Blessing Closet that serves the needy and vulnerable in our area.

Our Food Pantry and Blessing Closet are open the first two Tuesdays of every month from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Feed the Children-that is our mission. Many local children do not know how they will eat over the weekend without the school’s breakfast and lunch program. We’re looking for a few more folks to help us feed the need! We meet on Thursdays at 9:30 am. Consider joining us as we feed the undernourished children in our community and provide “care” cabinets for local schools.
